All our exchange Racks are overhauled on site by our specialist technician.
The finished units are tested on our Power Steering Pressure Bench. The purpose of the testing is to not only replicate vehicle conditions but to exceed vehicle conditions and the manufacturer's test pressure. As an example most systems are set at 1100LBS @ 6LPM, our pressure test takes these limits to a pressure of 1400LBS (pounds per square inch) @ 10LPM (litres per minute).
